Individual Therapy
You are unique, and your therapy should be too. Each session is personalized to your needs and supported by evidence-based approaches designed to bring real relief and growth. Together, we’ll use proven techniques to ease stress, anxiety, and depression, while also supporting you through grief, loss, or the challenges of caring for your child—helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered.
Evidenced based practices that can be used in sessions:
Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Approaches to therapy
Polyvagal Theory and somatic approaches highlight the powerful connection between the body and mind. Our nervous system—especially the vagus nerve—plays a key role in how safe, calm, or overwhelmed we feel. By tuning into the body through breath, movement, and awareness practices, we can gently support regulation, reduce stress responses, and create space for healing. These approaches help you build resilience, feel more grounded, and restore a sense of safety and balance in daily life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
IFS is a gentle approach that helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves—the voices, feelings, and patterns that can sometimes feel in conflict. Rather than pushing these parts away, IFS invites curiosity and compassion, allowing you to build a stronger connection with your true Self. Through this process, you can heal wounded parts, release old burdens, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps us to better understand how our thoughts inform our behavior. It enhances problem solving skills to cope with difficult situations. And helps to develop a greater sense of confidence in ourselves.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is an action-oriented therapy approach where we learn to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with our inner emotions and, instead, accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses to certain situations that do not have to prevent us from moving forward in our lives. With this understanding, we begin to learn to accept the emotions and feelings related to hardships and commit to making necessary changes to create the life envisioned for ourselves.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
MI is a collaborative, goal oriented therapy style that aims to respectfully guide a person to their individual goals and commitments.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
SFBT focuses on the strengths you already possess. Instead of focusing on problems, time is spent on constructing solutions and building on what already serves you well. Together we will focus on a plan to use your current strengths and established skills and learn new skills to reach the desired outcome.
Parent Capacity Building
Parenting children is one of the most honoring yet difficult tasks we may do in our lives. Each person in your family has a job. Your job is to attach to your child and be the leader.
We have an ongoing exchange of our nervous system and state of being to those around us—most deeply to our family—through the cadence of our voice, the tone of our words, and the ways we meet one another in relationship. Alongside therapy, Revise offers a supportive space to shape a plan that nurtures connection with your child and family. Together, we’ll cultivate greater harmony, resilience, and lasting positive change within your home.
